LLM Management Team

Nick is an environmental professional who started his career in the forestry sector.  Nick built a forestry consulting company that operators across BC.  He became an expert forestry  and pivoted to project management on large scale natural resource projects.  Nick expanded upon the success in natural resource construction and started LLM Construction Ltd.  LLM's objective is to develop long term business relationships that genesis from good communication and trust.  Nick leads the team and this approach.

Dillon started his career in the logging sector growing his family business.  He expanded that business to a multiphase logging and log hauling contractor.  Dillon allied with Nick and started LLM Construction Ltd. in 2023.

Dillon manages LLM daily operations.  He coordinates all equipment and personal ensuring that LLM adhere to project and business objects.  Dillon has a proven track record of completing projects on time and on budget.  He takes a proactive approach ensuring that LLM is considering all project requirements.

Mike is a strong team player with pipeline experience, stepping into a supervisory role since starting with LLM in 2024. I support safe, efficient operations and work closely with the crew to get the job done right. 

 Dave Hughes has worked in the oil and gas industry since 1991, starting on drilling rigs and gaining firsthand experience in high-risk environments. He has focused on health and safety since 2001, building over two and a half  decades of experience in heavy civil and pipeline construction safety.

Rebecca is a project controls professional with experience supporting large-scale infrastructure projects in the energy sector. She has contributed to major pipeline developments,  where she played key roles in cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting.

 Talia is an environmental professional with experience supporting pipeline and forestry projects around BC. Her versatile skillset offers experience and expertise in multiple forestry and environmental management disciplines.  She provides a strong, well-rounded skill set for any project.
